1 egg white.
2 tablespoons of cornmeal.

1/2 ripe banana, mashed.
1 tablespoon plain whole mike yogurt.
1 tablespoon organic honey.
1 tablespoon wheatgerm.

Mix all ingredients together.  Apply to face, avoiding eyes, and wait 10-15 minutes.  Wash off with tepid water and pat dry.
